YI、TCFS-4型磨片機概述：
TCFS-4型磨片機橡膠廠及科研單位磨制橡膠試片到定厚度供其他試驗設備進行試驗。是檢驗橡膠質量工作中的設備之。
磨片機主要是由機座進給拖板、工作輪、吸塵器（需客戶定制）、電動機、砂輪等主要部件組成。形成了粗、細兩種砂輪同時工作，具有機兩用的特點。本產(chǎn)使用方便、節(jié)約時間、提高工效、安全。
二、TCFS-4型磨片機技術特征：
1、砂輪線速度：12米／
2、砂輪規(guī)格：G60APRI170×40×32：36粒；G60APRI170×40×32：80粒
3、電動機：GO-11-40.6瓦三相380V：1400轉/分
4、吸塵器：電源220V

三、TCFS-4型磨片機使用方法：
l、撥動小手把，使?jié)L花偏心球張開，將橡膠試片（試樣由刨片機刨出的標準試樣）的端夾入，再將試片的另端逆時針方向，沿著工作輪運用活動壓棍壓好
。打開設備左側下方門拿出吸塵器插頭插電后開始工作。
2、按啟動鍵，電動機開始工作，使砂輪向著頭所示方向轉動，如果方向不致，調整三相電三根線的位置即可。
3、撥動手柄，使上拖板沿著下層軌道向方移動，手柄上裝有刻度盤，每小格為0.02毫米．
4、搖動手輪，中裝有保險裝置。手輪只許朝逆時針方向轉動，反之用力過猛將會損壞其保險裝置．
5、磨片機在工作時應先粗磨、后細磨。左側為粗，右側為細
l、如發(fā)現(xiàn)磨出的試片厚度不均及不平整現(xiàn)象，應檢查砂輪平面是否下平行。
2、如發(fā)現(xiàn)砂輪有失調失圓現(xiàn)象，應用割刀修正平面。
3、定期給拖板工作面加潤滑面，以保持正常工作。
4、經(jīng)常調整螺母與絲桿的間隙大小。
5、該機安裝在無震動及無來源的環(huán)境中。
注意：為安全考慮，建議不使用小手把。
