差示掃描量熱法（DSC）這項技術一直被廣泛應用。差示掃描量熱儀既是一種例行的質量測試工具，也是一個研究工具。測量的是與材料內部熱轉變相關的溫度、熱流的關系。我公司的儀器為熱流型差示掃描量熱儀，具有重復性好、準確度高的特點，特別適合用于比熱的jingque測量。該設備易于校準，使用熔點低，快速kekao，應用范圍非常廣，特別是在材料的研發、性能檢測與質量控制上。材料的特性，如玻璃化轉變溫度、冷結晶、相轉變、熔融、結晶、產品穩定性、固化/交聯、氧化誘導期等，都是差示掃描量熱儀的研究域。
差示掃描量熱儀應用范圍有: 對材料氧化誘導時間的測定，高分子材料的固化反應溫度和熱效應、物質相變溫度及其熱效應測定、高聚物材料的結晶、熔融溫度及其熱效應測定、高聚物材料的玻璃化轉變溫度等。實驗對象為：固態、液態、粘稠試樣，除了氣體。
將試樣和參比物分別放入坩堝，置于爐中進行程序加熱，改變試樣和參比物的溫度。若參比物和試樣的熱容相同，試樣又無熱效應時，則二者的溫差近乎為“零”，此時得到一條平滑的曲線。隨著溫度的增加，試樣產生了熱效應，而參比物未產生熱效應，二者之間就產生了溫差，在DTA曲線中表現為峰，溫差越大，峰也越大，溫差變化次數越多，峰的數目也越多。峰頂向上的峰稱為放熱峰，峰頂向下的峰稱為吸熱峰。

What is measured is the relationship between temperature and heat flow related to the thermal transition inside the material. The instrument of our company is heat flow type differential scanning calorimeter, which has the characteristics of good repeatability and high accuracy, and is especially suitable for accurate measurement of specific heat. The equipment is easy to calibrate, low melting point, fast and reliable, and has a wide range of applications, especially in material research and development, performance testing and quality control. Material properties, such as glass transition temperature, cold crystallization, phase transition, melting, crystallization, product stability, curing/crosslinking, oxidation induction period, etc., are the research areas of DSC.
The application scope of differential scanning calorimeter is: the determination of the oxidation induction time of materials, the curing reaction temperature and thermal effect of polymer materials, the phase change temperature and its thermal effect, the crystallization of polymer materials, the melting temperature and its thermal effect, the glass transition temperature of polymer materials, etc. The experimental objects are: solid, liquid, viscous sample, except gas.
The sample and reference material are put into the crucible and placed in the furnace for programmed heating to change the temperature of the sample and reference material. If the heat capacity of the reference substance and the sample are the same, and the sample has no thermal effect, then the temperature difference between them is nearly "zero", and a smooth curve is obtained. With the increase of temperature, the sample produces thermal effect, while the reference material does not produce thermal effect, so there is a temperature difference between the two, which is shown as a peak in the DTA curve. The larger the temperature difference is, the larger the peak will be, and the more times of temperature difference changes, the more the peak number will be. The peak upward is called exothermic peak, and the peak downward is called endothermic peak.
