Usage method
(1) E39 Lamp Holder Pass Gauge (7006-24B-1)
Mesh: Minimum dimension T1 for measuring the maximum thread size of the E39 cap and the cap length.
Usage: When the cap on the finished lamp is completely screwed into the gauge, the center contact of the cap should be coplanar or protruding from surface X. And when the lamp is removed from the gauge, it should be turned at least two full turns to release the thread.
(2) E39 lamp cap Stop Gauge (7006-24C-1)
Mesh: Used to test the minimum outside diameter (d size) of the thread of the E39 cap on the finished lamp.
Usage: When the gauge is attached to the thread of the lamp holder with its own weight, the center contact of the lamp holder should not protrude beyond the X surface of the gauge. Otherwise, it is not qualified.
(3) E39 lamp cap contact performance gauge (7006-24A-1)
Purpose: to detect E39 lamp in the socket for the dimensions of the contact performance, especially in the length of lamp holder and glass shoulder shape size.
Usage: If the cap is inserted into the gauge so that surface W is coplanar with surface V or protrudes above surface V, the cap is considered to be qualified.
