答：因塑料行情每天都會有變更，建議：請先咨詢一下我們，以便了解的報價信息。我司秉承“薄利多銷"的經營理念在生存中求發展，品質可靠，一級貨源，是您的。

2、可以提供免費試樣嗎？

答：部分是可以的，但是大部分原廠原包的原料是無法提供免費樣品的，因為原廠原包原料一旦拆散，其它客戶就不會接受。但是如果客戶確實有誠意長期合作，我們會酌情考慮提供小量散賣，因為我們這主營的是進口工程塑膠，價格比較貴，而且貨源也來之不易，還望諒解！具體情況可咨詢或。

3、試樣包運費嗎？

答：試樣是不包運費的哦，需要客戶自理哦！

4、有專業的技術人員解決售后問題嗎？

答：有的，我司有專業的技術人員協助客戶解決成型中遇到的各種問題，但需要客戶全力配合協助。

5、可以嗎？

答：可以的，我司所供材料均可提供正規17%,若需要開票,請聯系或電話洽談。

6、可以提供SGS,UL黃卡，出廠證明等資質資料及產品物性表嗎？

答：可以的，我司所供材料均可提供相關資質資料。

注：本公司可支持多種原料混搭訂購，25公斤/包起訂（高價位的材料可以小量散賣），批量可折扣，款到發貨，提供售前咨詢，售后服務，并由專業工程師提供一對一的產品問題解決方案。

運費說明：

1.支持快遞，物流和貨運，具體運費根據貨量及具體地址而定。

2.若需要郵寄試機樣品的，我們可以為您免費提供原料試機或小量散賣，但采用快遞或貨運，運輸費用由買家自付。

3.我們承諾期限內發貨，但對承運人效率無法作出保證，若物流快遞超出3天，貨運超出5天，請聯絡我們協助查詢。買家也可以根據交易狀態中填寫的單號信息，自行聯系承運方，以便時間獲知詳細信息。

4.收到原料后，請不要急于拆除外包裝，應先仔細檢查塑膠原料的外包裝是否完好及原料型號是否與您所訂購原料型號相匹配。貨物送達后,請時間檢查,發現物流過程中出現大量包裝損壞及原料外漏的，請讓物流人員出具證明并保存，并在24小時內與我們聯系。本公司原料售后的注塑加工由客戶負責，如需幫助，我公司工程部將竭盡所能與您共同協商處理。
