二、空調(diào)配套冷卻塔設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)：
1、良研采用youzhiPVC/PP膠片，其峰巢式扇紋大力增強(qiáng)冷熱交換能力，并可抵受高溫達(dá)60℃，baozheng水塔散熱效能達(dá)至*佳水準(zhǔn)。同時(shí)備有耐高溫型水塔供應(yīng)，可抵受60—95℃高溫水，特別適用于電力等行業(yè)。
2、風(fēng)扇：軸流式風(fēng)扇，采用高塑料，或是鋁合金制造，每套風(fēng)扇出廠均經(jīng)過(guò)人嚴(yán)格定從小到大及平衡測(cè)試。
3、所有金屬主要配件：采用厚身鋼材制造，經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熱浸鍍鋅防銹處理，同時(shí)亦可提供全不銹鋼配件。
4、水塔外殼與底盤，均為防酸抗堿侵蝕之高玻璃纖維強(qiáng)化塑膠（FRP），所有喉管及噴水設(shè)備采用高塑料，不用加潤(rùn)滑油，baozheng耐用。并備有淺灰，天藍(lán)色，及淺黃色，以供選擇
三、空調(diào)配套冷卻塔工作原理：
熱水經(jīng)旋轉(zhuǎn)灑水系統(tǒng)均勻散布于膠片上，再由頂部流式風(fēng)扇將干燥空氣于底部帶上，使熱水與空氣對(duì)流接觸而產(chǎn)生揮發(fā)，令水溫下降。冷卻水由底盆收集后經(jīng)水泵運(yùn)行至熱源作循環(huán)再用。
