三、 使用與維修：Operation and Maintenance
1、 使用 Operation
（1）、工作氣壓不低于0.49Mpa，沖洗水壓建議比工作氣壓低0.05MPa。
The working pressure must be higher than 0.49 MPa，ａnd suggest that the flushing pressure should be lower 0.05MPa than working pressure.
(2)、為了保證機(jī)置運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)的正常潤(rùn)滑，應(yīng)根據(jù)作業(yè)環(huán)境溫度合理選用潤(rùn)滑 油和潤(rùn)滑脂。
Select the suitable lubricating oil or grease according to the different environmental temperature, to ensure the normal lubrication when the drifter is working.
以下幾種潤(rùn)滑油可供選用參考

（3）、與鑿巖機(jī)聯(lián)結(jié)的管路中必須設(shè)置容量大于（或等于）5 升的，可調(diào)節(jié)供油量的注油器。
The Oiler’s capacity which connect with the drifter must be more than 5l, and the oiler could adjust the flow of oil.
（4）、使用的鉆具應(yīng)符合質(zhì)量要求。
The drill sets of the drifter should accord with the demands of quality.
（5）、為保證能量的傳遞效率和釬桿的壽命，鑿巖時(shí)，各釬具之間必須聯(lián)接緊密。
To ensure the transferring efficiency of energy and the life of drilling tools, connection between drilling tools must be closely.
（6）、嚴(yán)禁鑿巖機(jī)在高氣壓下長(zhǎng)時(shí)間空機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
Don’t make the drifter working free in a high pressure for a long time.
1、 維護(hù) Maintenance
（1）、 正常工作的鑿巖機(jī)必須進(jìn)行定期的檢查、維修，以保證運(yùn)行的可靠性。
A normal running drifter must be checked and maintained
regularly for the reliability of operation.
（2）、 維修時(shí)，應(yīng)對(duì)齒輪、軸承處涂滿規(guī)定的潤(rùn)滑脂。
When you maintaining, the bearing and the gear should be greased with the requirement.
（3）、使用前，應(yīng)檢查各緊固件是否可靠，并在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后方可工作。
Before using it, Check the fastener tighten enough or not, then operate the drifter to find if it is normal.
（4）、作業(yè)結(jié)束前應(yīng)先閉水，輕運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)片刻排盡機(jī)內(nèi)積水后方可停機(jī)，以防止機(jī)內(nèi)零件銹蝕。
To avoid the parts from rust, before you stop working, turn off the water first, then working free a little time to pour out the water left in the drifter.
（5）、若長(zhǎng)期不使用機(jī)器， 在使用前應(yīng)拆洗機(jī)件，涂上防銹油后再裝機(jī)。機(jī)器必須置于干燥處儲(chǔ)存。
If you don’t use the machine for a long time, you should disassemble and clean it, then grease the parts with antirust oil. After assemble the drifter, you must put it in a dry place to store it.
