二、開(kāi)式冷卻塔工作原理：
開(kāi)式冷卻塔是利用水和空氣的接觸，通過(guò)蒸發(fā)作用來(lái)散去工業(yè)上或制冷空調(diào)中產(chǎn)生的廢熱的種設(shè)備。基本原理是：干燥（低焓值）的空氣經(jīng)過(guò)風(fēng)機(jī)的抽動(dòng)后，自進(jìn)風(fēng)網(wǎng)處進(jìn)入冷卻塔內(nèi)；飽和蒸汽分壓力大的高溫水分子向壓力低的空氣流動(dòng)，濕熱（高焓值）的水自播水系統(tǒng)灑入塔內(nèi)。當(dāng)水滴和空氣接觸時(shí)，方面由于空氣與水接觸的直接傳熱，另方面由于水蒸汽表面和空氣之間存在壓力差，在壓力的作用下產(chǎn)生蒸發(fā)現(xiàn)象，即通過(guò)與不飽和干空氣熱傳遞帶走水的顯熱，部分水蒸發(fā)將水中的潛熱帶走，從而達(dá)到給冷卻水降溫的目地。
三、開(kāi)式冷卻塔產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
1、優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)造型，外形尺寸小，高度低，重量輕，且四周進(jìn)風(fēng)，較少受布置場(chǎng)地的限制；
2、塔體采用高強(qiáng)度FRP復(fù)合材料制作，抗老化，耐腐蝕，不變形，不褪色；
