YI、開式冷卻塔概述：

二、開式冷卻塔工作原理：
開式冷卻塔是利用水和空氣的接觸，通過蒸發作用來散去工業上或制冷空調中產生的廢熱的種設備。基本原理是：干燥（低焓值）的空氣經過風機的抽動后，自進風網處進入冷卻塔內；飽和蒸汽分壓力大的高溫水分子向壓力低的空氣流動，濕熱（高焓值）的水自播水系統灑入塔內。當水滴和空氣接觸時，方面由于空氣與水接觸的直接傳熱，另方面由于水蒸汽表面和空氣之間存在壓力差，在壓力的作用下產生蒸發現象，即通過與不飽和干空氣熱傳遞帶走水的顯熱，部分水蒸發將水中的潛熱帶走，從而達到給冷卻水降溫的目地。
三、開式冷卻塔產品特點：
1、優化結構造型，外形尺寸小，高度低，重量輕，且四周進風，較少受布置場地的限制；
2、塔體采用高強度FRP復合材料制作，抗老化，耐腐蝕，不變形，不褪色；
